"Thawee" is concerned about the safety of witnesses to the crime syndicate in the case of collusion between the Senate if the names have to be disclosed to the "NESDB" to see. He counters that the "senator group" does not want the "DSI" to do it and tells them to go and amend the law. He insists that there is no lobbying to vote to get 2/3 votes to push it to be a special case.
Today (25 Feb 2025), Pol. Col. Thawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice and Vice Chairman of the Special Case Committee, spoke about the Special Case Committee (SCCC) meeting this afternoon to consider accepting the senator collusion case as a special case. The SCCC committee has 22 members in total and can consider a criminal case as a special case, requiring a two-thirds vote, or 15 members. The SCCC committee is independent and adheres to the criteria of the parliament, cabinet, courts, and independent organizations, and must comply with the constitution, laws, and the rule of law. สล็อต
